Order Tracking

Customs & Import Taxes (For International Orders)

Reebs is not responsible for any customs or import duties charged once your package reaches its destination. Any additional fees for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at support@reebs.ca, and we’ll do our best to assist. However, Reebs is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing an order. Reebs cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
