Exchange and Return

At Reebs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your items, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges.

Return Policy

• Return Window: You may return any item within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with tags attached.
• Final Sale Items: Please note that items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange Policy

• Size and Color Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, you can request an exchange within 30 days. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll send out your replacement.
• Even Exchanges: For an even exchange, you won’t incur additional charges. However, if there’s a price difference, you may need to cover that amount.

How to Process a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us: Email us at support@reebs.ca with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
2. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. We’ll provide a return shipping label if applicable.
3. Receive Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or send out your exchange.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the item. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
